A softer way to practice

Pranayama is a focused space for everyday breathwork. Twelve traditional techniques and three guided meditations, each paced by a breathing orb that expands and contracts with every inhale and exhale. Open it and it already knows roughly what the hour calls for — something brisk in the morning, something quieter at night — so you can start practising instead of choosing.

Breathe with the orb

An orb expands and contracts in time with your breath, ringed by a slow arc that shows where you are in the phase — practise eyes-up or eyes-closed.
